Tina has always had a knack for deciphering complex problems with competing objectives. She specializes in strategic transformation, organizational developing, and being a change agent who understands the methods for conducting day-to-day activities without losing foundational principles.

Tina excels in high-paced environments throughout her 10+ years of experience working in DoD and NASA industries, while conducting technical and managerial oversight ensuring consistent and effective project execution applying her big picture thinking. She is also particularly interested in efficiency development, along with science and technology policy. Finding the uncommon crossroads, figuring out the purpose of the intersection have been a life-long passion for Tina.
